Who we are

Hillside Evangelical Church is a community church that has been meeting in the heart of Greystones for nearly 120 years.

We are a community of around 150 people, of all ages, and we meet together to explore and develop the reality of our Christian faith, not through a set of rules and procedures, but through a personal relationship with Jesus. We want to bring the good news of Jesus Christ to our community and the world in a meaningful way.

We meet every Sunday morning for worship and Bible teaching, and we also run programmes for children and teenagers at the same time.

Our Sunday service usually begins with time of singing and worship, followed by Bible teaching and a shared time of communion.

Our programmes for children in secondary school (Oxygen) and primary school (Sunday Club), along with a creche for pre-schoolers, runs at the same time, with age appropriate worship and teaching and discussion.

Throughout the week we also run a variety of Bible studies, small groups and other events, so come and take a look!

Our church and facilities are fully wheelchair accessible.
